Create in the year 1704 ranked four companies 1ª Spaniard, 2ª Italian, 3ª Dutch, 4ª American (created in 1795), each one with 225 soldiers and officers. In 1803 only have three companies of 180 men with the dissolution of the Dutch company.
From 1797 to 1803 also rank a artillery unit with 67 troops and officers and eight light guns
