For this the Artillery School have what emigrate to differents location along the war first to Salamanca after Galicia, from there to Portugal and by sea to Huelva and Seville where found another units in rout for the pressure of the Napoleonic armies, from Seville the School was send to Minorca first and after to the island of Majorca, where lies to the end of war in 1814. Back to Segovia the volatile political situation of Spain, First Carlist War and minority of age of the queen Isabel II  forced to other translate after of leave in his original ubication of the fortress of Segovia.
