Shipping Conditions

Ferprad by Scale75 Hobbies and Games S.L. reserves the right to send orders by the most appropriate means of transport at any time at its discretion.

Delivery: 
Shipping charges are not included and will be charged to the client. These costs are indicated on the website and will duly 
detailed on your invoice.

The shipping rates are calculated automatically by means of tables, depending on the place of delivery and the amount of the order. The more items you buy will be cheaper shipping costs.

Peninsula and Balearic Islands:

Up to 5 kg = 12 € 
from 5 to 10 kg = 18 € 
from 10 to 15 kg = 24 € 
more than 15kg = Consult

Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla:

Up to 5 kg = 18 € 
from 5 to 10 kg = 24 € 
from 10 to 15 kg = 30 € 
more than 15kg = Consult

Abroad (using the post office):

Zone A (European Union, Gibraltar, Sweden and Switzerland): € 29.10 
Zone B (Rest of Europe): € 29.10 
Zone C ( Africa): 26.50 € 
Zone D (South America, Asia and Oceania): € 27.20 
Area E (North and Central): 24.50 €

Your order will be sent out of Spain by the post (State Society of Posts and Telegraphs, SA). If you wish to receive a specific transit agency, please notify us by e-mail, fax or phone and will gladly answer your particular case. 

IMPORTANT NOTE:

If your order includes more than 10 bases or addition over 600 € will not be an automatic calculation of shipping costs. Place your order as normal, it will be received directly at our offices where we will calculate shipping charges, forwarding a budget for your acceptance. 

Deadlines:Except

Stocks, orders will be shipped immediately and you will have the product in the following terms:

mainland Spain: 3 to 5 business days 
Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 3 to 5 business days 
Islands: 8 days hábilesEuropa: 8 to 10 business days Rest of World: By country

If you want your order is sent by a particular freight forwarder, please notify us by e-mail, fax or phone and will gladly answer your case particular.Los delivery times indicated are for guidance and Ferprad by Scale75 Hobbies and Games SL will endeavor to respect them, however, being a service offered by third parties, the delay does not imply the cancellation of the order or any compensation. Return Policy

The products sold on the website www.ferprad.com granted the right of return within seven (7) days after receipt of order, provided they are in perfect condition and are returned in their original packaging after this date can not accept returns
