The Armies Circle of Madrid was the place chosen for celebrate the first anniversary of the magazine of military history “XXI Legio”, a publishing specialized in the Voluntary Reserve of the Spanish Armed Forces. Along the act were delivered some figures of FERPRAD to different personalities of the world military and journalistic with an special relationship with the magazine.
