The Archbishop Military general, Monsignor Juan del Rio Martín, was complimented with the FERPRAD figure of the remarkable seaman and engineer Jorge  Juan Santacilia  along the visit what he does to the High College of the Armada (Spanish Navy) “Jorge Juan” for know the day to day of the students who lives and study there.
